SUMMER TRAINING & TECHNIQUE TEAM:
At Harbor Community Rowing our main goal is to offer all rowers the opportunity to stay fit and improve their rowing skills during the off season by training with some of the most talented and experienced coaches from the area, all at an affordable price. Our goal this summer is to offer, every summer, all rowers that want to train but can't make full commitment to the travel team the opportunity to stay fit and improve their rowing skills during the off season time. The main focus for this program will be to teach all rowers of all levels the technical and necessary skill improvement based on their level. Rowers will be placed based on their experience and will have the option to row sweeping and sculling boats. This program will be offered in one-week sessions. Rowers can choose any sessions and can participate in as many sessions as they want.
Whom: All levels, athletes will be group based on their experience.

Practice times: M-F (5:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
Note: Registrants will be notified of their program status through email immediately after the online registration and in a follow up email within the week prior to the start of each session.
Sessions may be combined if not enough athletes are register for a particular session. If for whatever reasons a session is cancelled registrants will receive full refunds. No refunds will be giving after the session start.
· Session 1: July 25th to July 29th - (From 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
· Session 2: August 1st to August 5th (From 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
· Session 3: August 8th to August 12th (From 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
· Session 4: August 15th to August 19th (From 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
Cost: $249.00 per every Session. *This is one of the most affordable camps around the Long Island Area.

Items needed for this program:
Flip flops, hat, Sunscreen, Running shoes, Rowing gear (Unisuit or Spandex) and a Bottle of water.
